Personal Computer World: "The fastest SFF PC currently available"
 "A super-charged PC crammed into a ridiculously small chassis." The editors of the English computer magazine Personal Computer World left no doubt about their opinion of the Shuttle XPC P 2500G. The fully configured system is "the fastest SFF PC currently available." The newest and best components deliver this performance: an AMD Athlon 64 FX-60 processor, two GB of TakeMS DDR-400 RAM, a Connect 3D graphics card with ATI's Radeon X1900 XT chip, a 250 GB Samsung HDD and dual-layer DVD-burner CR 40 from Shuttle.
The editors first looked at the cooling system: " Shuttle has clearly spent a fair amount of time designing the XPC to enhance airflow with separate cooling zones, for the processor, graphics card and hard drive sections of the case." If you use Shuttle Smart Fan you can also control the fans manually or let the PC do this automatically.
Moving on to the components, the graphic card was no less impressive: "Given the relatively small amount of space inside, we were surprised to see Shuttle found room for one of ATI's Radeon X1900 XT cards. … The XPC P 2500G flew through our performance tests, clocking up a score of 273 in Sysmark 2004 SE." Furthermore the Shuttle XPC P 2500G did just as well in 3D testing: "The single X1900 XT powered 3Dmark05 to 9,541, which is a good score by anyone's standards and indicates it won't have any problems with the latest games."
"But if you want a super-charged PC in a small and stylish case, there are few alternatives at present and Shuttle has done an excellent job with the XPC P 2500G."
