The New York Times: "Gifts from the Matrix"

"Gifts from the Matrix" were recently introduced by the American newspaper New York Times. This extensive overview includes latest gadgets and lifestyle-improving electronic technologies the crowds is craving for this autumn.

The Shuttle XPC mini X 100 rides on the "innovation wave" as another "standout product." The smallest complete small form factor PC system ever launched to date joins in with a size "slightly larger than an overstuffed sandwich," according to The New York Times.

The rumor that small dimensions mean poor performance has become more than obsolete. This is also reflected by the news article, when The New York Times explains: "Despite its small size, it has a powerful 1.66-gigahertz Intel Core Duo processor (...), 1 gigabyte of RAM and a 250-gigabyte hard drive" working inside. Specifications such as the CPU can be "upgraded."
As the Shuttle XPC mini X 100 is designed for use in the home environment or in the office, it doesn't spare features, but boasts a "slot-loading CD-DVD/R drive, a four-in-one media card reader and built-in wireless connectivity."
