Speaking of cables, the ZEN probably holds the world record for the shortest ATA cable included with any mainboard.(...) 

Conclusion 
Shuttle has released another SFF system that is even smaller than the previous versions and further reduced the noise by completely eliminating the power suppply as a possible source. The result is a tiny system with full multimedia capabilities...(...) In terms of quality of components, especially with respect to the VRM and general power management the Zen can run with the best and if memory compatiblity is any indication for clean power at default voltage, the zen deserves top grades in this department as well.(...) Overall, the Zen has pretty much surpassed my wildest expectations in terms of quiescence and the increased performance compared to the earlier versions of ATI chipset-based boards shows that there is still hope for ATI to stay afloat in the chipset business as well. (...)

In terms of innovation and overall technical achievement, the ST62K "Zen" is another example for a system that deserves an Editor's Choice award.
