Tweakup, one of Denmark's biggest hardware review sites, took a closer look at the Shuttle XPC Barebones SN95G5 and SB77G5. Both are offered in the G5 chassis with its discreet yet attractive front panel. The drives and ports can be cleverly hidden from view when not in use, leaving only the control buttons in sight. The "very nice and simple" design impressed Tweakup's editors, and earned the Shuttle XPC Barebone SN95G5 85 points on the old Tweak'Ometer. The editors conclude that "the barebones' price and performance give them an excellent price/performance ratio. Their low noise levels also show their high quality."
Taking a look at the Shuttle XPC Barebone SB77G5, the editors were impressed with design and performance, too, so the old Tweak'Ometer went up to 90 points. This barebone is worth every penny. "Configuration and performance of a Pentium 4 PC in this class are excellent," wrote the editors.
