The French IT-magazine PC Perf tested the Shuttle XPC Barebone SB86i in its latest issue and found much to like in the first ever SFF PC based on the Intel BTX standard.

The French IT-magazine PC Perf tested the Shuttle XPC Barebone SB86i in its latest issue and found much to like in the first ever SFF PC based on the Intel BTX standard: "Sober and elegant... the design shines by its simplicity." The Shuttle XPC Barebone SB86i also offers a convenient upgrade path in addition to its on-board video thanks to its PCI-Express slot.

This latest barebone offers a "great number of qualities" and is "very user-friendly thanks to its clever internal organization, [and] is easy to put together."
