SK21G cannot boot?

When system can not boot up, try to make...

When system can not boot up, try to make sure the CPU has installed properly. There is a thermal sensor under the CPU socket, try to press the CPU towards the sensor while install and close the lever so the CPU can be install properly with the socket. This action can make sure the CPU properly install and solve the system can not boot problem.
