BIOS-function: "Turbo-Mode"

The PAT-function of i875-chipset (Canterwood).

The i875 chipset (Canterwod) with its PAT-function can access the memory chips up to two clock cycles faster. So it reduces latencies. This advantage is only available using FSB800 and DDR400 memory simulataneously. Shuttle XPC Barebone SB62G2 with i865G-chipset (Springdale) features analog to this the "Turbo Mode" function in BIOS that can be activated since BIOS-version FB65S006.
