Surroundview (Multi-Display) support for ST20G5

The Shuttle XPC Barebone ST20G5 supports ATIs SURROUNDVIEW™ technology to enable up to four separate displays with an ATI discrete graphics card.

The Shuttle XPC Barebone ST20G5 supports ATIs SURROUNDVIEW™ technology to enable up to four separate displays with an ATI discrete graphics card. The Shuttle XPC Barebone ST20G5 is based on ATIs Radeon Xpress 200 chipset, which is the only chipset core where the integrated graphic working simultaneously with a discrete graphic card - a perfect solution for multi-display user with low budget.

How to enable the SURROUNDVIEW™ technology?

  • Press the "Delete" key during the boot process to enter the BIOS Setup and enable the "SurroundView" option in the "Advanced Chipset Features" menu.
  • Up to 2 displays can be supported via the mainboard's VGA and DVI-D connectors on the rear back panel (one analog and one digital monitor input required). Dual independent display modes are supported.
  • An additional 2 displays can be supported with another ATI discrete graphics card (Radeon X300, X700, X800 or X850 series) installed on the PCIe slot of the mainboard. Output from both the video graphics core and external graphics card can be combined in the ATI SurroundView.
